Far West will be hosting the Spring Regional Convention at in San Diego, California April 17-19th. The weekend is open to all 8th-12th graders.
Where is the Convention and when does it start/end?
The Convention will be housed at a hotel and using event space nearby. The weekend will start with registration on Friday April 17th and end on Sunday April 19th.

How will I get there?
CONVENTION COST DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION.
Chapters are arranging transportation individually. Options include flights, trains, and drop off at the hotel in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego. Rides from the airport and train station will be provided by and coordinated with chapter Youth Directors.
TRAIN: Must arrive 4/17 by 1:30pm. Depart 4/19 no earlier than 2:30pm.
FLIGHT: 4/17 flights must arrive by 1:00pm. 4/19 flights must depart no earlier than 4:15pm. Flights should be coordinated with your Youth Director.
CAR: Teens being dropped off at the hotel should arrive Friday between 2:00-3:00pm. Pickup Sunday will be from a location in the same neighborhood as the hotel at 1:00pm.
Any transportation booked outside of these parameters will be the responsibility of the participant.

Where will I stay at Convention?
We will be staying at a hotel in groups of 4 teens per room.

What will we do at the weekend?
The weekend will be filled with time to get to know other teens, meals and snacks, social action activities, a fun Saturday night program, Community election installation, and many more special surprises.
