Far West will be hosting the Spring Regional Convention at Camp Mountain Chai in Angeles Oaks May 24-27. The weekend is open to all 7th-12th graders. 

 

Where is the Convention and when does it start/end?

The Convention will be held at Camp Mountain Chai in Angeles Oaks. The weekend will start with registration on Friday May 24th at 3pm and end on Monday May 27th at 12pm.

What if I am outside of California?

There is a $75 travel subsidy for all participants traveling from outside of California that will be automatically applied during registration. Bus transportation will be provided from 2 locations in Southern California. Flights on Friday May 24th must arrive no later than 12:00pm. Flights on Monday must depart no earlier than 4:00pm. Any transportation for flights booked after 12:00pm on Friday and before 4:00pm on Monday will be the responsibility of the participant.

Where will I stay at Convention?

We will be staying in the beautiful cabins at Camp Mountain Chai in Angeles Oaks, California!

What will we do at the weekend?

The weekend will be filled with time to get to know other teens, meals and snacks, social action activities, a fun Saturday night program, elections, installation, and many more special surprises.

What about COVID?

All participants and staff are required to submit a negative rapid test 24 hours in advance of the weekend.
